ABOUT US :: MANAGEMENT

Founder and Chief Executive: Drew Thacker is responsible for the development and direction of the wind turbine system and our corporate offices in Denver, Colorado. Drew has had extensive experience in managing and developing the growth of global clients such as General Dynamics, Northrop, Exxon-Mobil, Coors Brewing, American Airlines, Anadarko Petroleum, HP-Compaq Computer, Earthgrains, ConAgra, and Southwest Airlines to his credit.

Drew has more than 38 years of solid experience at executive level and operations management positions including: CEO & Executive Vice President of the LTV, Vought Aerospace Group where he was instrumental in orchestrating development of the B-2 "Stealth Bomber", EVP Space Division, General Dynamics Executive Vice President and General Manager, General Dynamics-Fort Worth, where he led technology and production operations for Cruise Missile, Atlas Missile, Space Shuttle and component production for F-16 programs. EVP Product Engineering for Northern Telecom and Hewlett-Packard, where he leveraged the integration of telecommunications with computing platforms. Founder and CEO for New Millennium Nuclear Technologies where he developed proprietary processes for decommissioning reactors and biocontainment contaminated facilities at Los Alamos, Hanford, Mound Plant "Old Cave", Ashtabula and San Onofre #1 Reactor as well as Canon City uranium mine environmental cleanup. International clients included BNFL, White Haven for plutonium profiling and characterization and EDF, Bernis, France.

He has served in several distinguished advisory positions as a board of director member for a major telecommunications supplier and member of the President's Scientific Advisory Board - Robotics and Automation. He has been a keynote speaker for "American Machinist" and has been published in Aviation Week and American Machinist. He served as a White House Fellow under Ronald Regan's Administration and was named in "Who's Who in Aerospace".

His research and practice have focused on the links between technology, business strategy, and organizational development; on effective implementation of new processes in the workplace; and on the critical policy decisions senior management must address to exploit the business opportunities of globalization, process redesign, employee empowerment, and information technologies. His emphasis and results are on the positive impact on measuring and enhancing return-on-capital of client firms. Drew's undergraduate degrees from California State Polytechnic University in Aerospace Engineering and Industrial Management have been augmented with advanced degrees in Material Science; and Claremont Graduate University, MBA; where he studied under the guidance of Peter Drucker and has incorporated his "integrated management approach" into his firm's practice.

Drew also currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
